I had a good amount of tree damage from the winter storms this year, and after calling several tree services, Devoted was the first to respond. Joe came to give me an estimate, he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he is passionate about his work. I was given a very reasonable quote, they did the work a few days later and it was done exactly as described. I was impressed by them every step of the process from beginning to end. I will be using Devoted for any future tree work I have, no question.

The work crew was able to come out soon and did fantastic work and left a clean worksite. They also were really nice to our kids, who were super excited to watch Our neighbors had used Devoted and had nothing but good things to say about them, and we feel the same way. I had four very large Douglas Fir's overhanging my house that were causing a lot of damage. I contacted Joe at Devoted Tree Solutions for a quote about removal. Joe was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. I received the quote quickly and it was a reasonable amount for the scope of the work to be done. Getting the job scheduled was very quick and easy. Joe was great about walking through the entire process with myself and my neighbor. The foreman Austin and his crew arrived when it was 15 degrees outside and did a great job removing all of the trees safely and working within the small area they had to get all four down in miserable weather conditions. The clean up afterwards that the crew did was fantastic and surpassed my expectations. Overall I'm very happy with the work that was done and can't say enough good things about Joe, Austin and the crew that was out here working. This is my second time using Devoted and I will continue to use them in the future.

At 3am on Friday 12/23, a huge (80+ ft.) cedar tree laden with ice uprooted and planted itself in middle of our backyard. Truly a holiday miracle that it did not hit the house. Unfortunately, the fallen tree's twin, with which it shared a common location and possible root system, was still standing and a possible risk. Using Yelp, I told my story of concern to roughly eight different tree service companies. Thankfully, Paddy at Devoted Tree Solutions was quick to engage with me. First online and then directly via a call, she understood my predicament, empathized with my concern and jumped into solution mode. Joe, a consulting arborist with Devoted was able to make it to the house on Saturday 12/24 to review the damage and discuss alternatives. Having a knack for turning a complex problem into a set of simple decisions, Joe walked me through my choices. We agreed on a path forward. Joe took his time explaining to me the scope of work as documented in the quote, ensuring that I knew each step that would be taken. Joe had a keen eye on the crew schedule and believed that Monday 12/26 the work could be started. Come Monday, it happened just as Joe had stated. Tom and his crew arrived to survey the situation. He (Tom) confirmed with me the scope of work and laid out the approach that the crew would be taking. Within a few hours, they successfully completed the initial phase of the project, taking care of the fallen tree, the troublesome "twin" and clean up. On Tuesday 12/27, Austin and his crew arrived first thing and got to work on the second phase of the project, which related to two possible problem trees that Joe had identified. Similar to Tom, Austin walked me through the approach and then got to work. This included Austin's pinpoint accuracy in dropping a cedar in a narrow corridor between other similar sized trees and away from a septic drain field. After wrapping up the field work, Melissa from the office was kind enough to call and confirm that all work was completed as expected and we closed up the project.We've all been there before. Hiring a company to do critical work on or around your home. Work that you know you can't do yourself and you're anxious about making the wrong, under-informed decision. Who can you trust? From my initial call with Paddy, the consultation with Joe, to the efforts by both Tom and Austin's crews, the execution was professional and flawless. We had a sudden snowstorm recently, and my mom's big 75 to 100-year-old pine tree dropped a bunch of large branches on top of the fence and made a big mess. Many branches in the tree were also cracked or weak. I contacted a handful of companies, and this one was the best at communicating quickly and clearly with us. They set up a free estimate within days, and Joe was super detailed, friendly, and knowledgeable about trees and how to fix our situation in a safe and affordable way. The tree was healthy enough to keep alive, and he and his crew ended up thinning it and another tree in the backyard out cleanly. They were so nice and kept asking my mom whether or not she was happy with their progress. They really listened to us and our concerns. Payment was also quick and easy! Everything was handled online or over the phone from beginning to end. We fully recommend this company for all of your tree needs!

I contacted Devoted Tree Solutions and spoke to the owner and on the following morning, they were at our house. The lawn had not been mowed in several weeks due to our recent move into the house, and it was looking really bad. The work they did was amazing! They were extremely fast and efficient, but careful. In the front, they edged the sidewalks and driveway and removed the leaves in addition to mowing. In our large backyard, they mowed, picked up the leaves and edged as well. I had originally thought this would be a one-time only service, however I have asked them if they could set us up for a regular bi-weekly schedule and an agreement was made. They did an excellent work! Thank you Devoted Tree Solutions! I highly recommend them to all.
